These houses can very well become a source of extra income for the family who inherits it. They generally prefer staying in a paying guest more than hostels because of the less restrictions and limitations. Even the food is also a concern as the hostel accommodation also includes food which is a mandate however, in a PG accommodation it is optional. One can either cook or buy according to their suitable needs and moreover, most PG has food facility as well. You need to be extra careful with the teenagers and pose some restrictions on their staying to keep things under your control. Besides that you need to also clear the monetary obligations on a regular interval as well. And last but not the least the agreement should properly made with all the specifications clearly mentioned in it. It is very true that renting on of the rooms from your big house does earn you a stable income but also has some disadvantages which you should be aware of. The privacy is hampered as an unknown person comes to stay with you. There are some adjustments which is needed in order to maintain a peaceful environment inside the house. You would also need to be careful that the tenant is following the rules set by you before shifting in.
