In a soccer team's clothing storage, a poster is read on the wall. It is saying that the failure is worse than the death. And you have to stand for the failure. These phrases show the victory and defeater's manners. But, some signs show that this kind of attitude has changed. Comparing to the past we don't seem to be foolishly bent on the success any more. Many people believed that victory is a great deed. On the contrary failure is a terrible thing. With regard to the events in the matches, success is more important. Certainly, it is impossible for us to defeat every enemy. Although we are so smart we will occasionally encounter the falling. But, we have to achieve the dream and stand in the first place. When we encounter the defeat, we will feel uncomfortable and sick. We have not learned how to treat with the defeat yet. When this kind of situation occurs, we will be out of ours wits.

Running changes our attitudes to the defeat. During jogging, the biggest enemy is ourselves. Even in the race, we don't compete with the others. In a beautiful day, we talked about the running sport again and again in the California office. A jogger told us that if you are the last person arrive at the end of the point, you may also be a winner. It is also the reason why so many little people choose to run. They have a poor performance in sports. Thus they discover jogging. Running is a good movement that the small people can get a good grade. Perhaps this is their first time to obtain the victory in the sport world. So, they have their own manners towards the jogging movements. Even if you lose the competition, you also defeat yourself and obtain precious things.

The jogging teaches us many significant things in the race, it still helps us figure out the inner meanings of human life and other domains. What we got in the jogging may spread to the most remote corners of our heart and be good to our life. It can avoid the harmful things to us. Maybe someday, the knowledge we obtained in the jogging could affect the other areas of the movements.

Jogging is an amazing sport. Although to some people running and walking are boring things, it has a big influence on the true runners. During the jogging, the organized pace is a leach that could cut down your anxious habits and the sadness. Although in a hot day, you will have a pleasant mood. When you are running you can observe the color of the trees. You can also touch the texture of the air. In this way, you will have a good smelling function. There is a huge change in your body in the end of the running. At first, you may find that you are so sensitive about the outside world. Little by little, your body is sensitive too. Running is not offensive. Before running you have to challenge your laziness. And during running your challenge is the behavior in the past time. This is a kind of self-training method.
