• Gas tightness test • Gas supply to appliance checked • Gas working pressures checked • Correct installation requirements are met • Ventilation requirements • Pipe sizing • Flue combustion analysis • Combustion chambers and flue ways are inspected and cleaned, where needed, to prevent carbon monoxide spillage incidents and improve efficiency • Check for sludge build up and scale damage to the boiler and central heating system • Leaks and corrosion check on radiators, radiator valves and exposed pipe work • Central heating controls and components, checked for correct working order • Storage tanks and vessels checked • Any problems or issues with the system are brought to your attention and or fixed immediately with your agreement • Certificate of service and maintenance issued
