The Convenience of Using USB charger

Today we use numerous electronic devices with inbuilt batteries that need to be charged at regular intervals to keep the device functioning. There are different types of chargers available in the market and usb charger is one of them. This is one that allows you charge almost anything from an iPod to a mobile and a camera. This is a computer equivalent of AC outlet but it does not need the computer for charging any device.
The USB charger, generally, has a power rating of 5v that means when you connect the device it is able to receive up to 5 volts of power and able to draw up to 500 mile ampere. Any device within this range can be charged using an USB charger but those who need more than 500 ma such as external hard drive cannot be charged with this device.. You can charge anything that can be charged using USB charger from any USB port. For example there are some DVD players which comes with USB port and if it is on you can charge your mobile from it if it chargeable by USB port. But the main problem is that these devices may give only 100 to 200 ma which may not be enough to charge the device but it will also not cause any damage.

You can also use your USB charger on usb hub and charge more than one device from a computer or any other port. There are a good number of charging accessories today which comes with USB port. These USB charges are great because you can charge it from the plug point or any other USB post. This is other name of convenience.
